According to the situation of the network bandwidth

we filter MPEG video data and select the essential frames to be transmitted over the network.A frame selection algorithm is proposed which takes into consideration of the case that video's GoP may change in a single stream.To implement error control and concealment for video communication

the Newton's interpolation method is used.Our scheme can guarantee the video's transmission quality under the condition of limited network bandwidth.We also test our scheme on networks with different transmission rate and packet loss rate.
