An integrated error resilience technology for video communication is proposed in this paper.At beginning
a control strategy of subjective video quality is presented.Then
an unequal forward error-correction (FEC) based on H.263+ video coder is suggested to protect the different video information.However
if there are still error bits in the reconstructed images
temporal/spatial error concealment is used in the video decode according to the various coding types.Simulation results show that the subjective and objective video quality is obviously improved using proposed integrated error resilience technology with control of subjective quality.These technologies have been used in practice.
