摘要

本文首次提出了一个上下屏蔽的多层介质非对称共面波导模型

并进行了分析.给出了它的有效介电常数

单位长度电容和特性阻抗的解析表达式.并且对由模型所演变出的一个具体实例进行了数值计算和实验测试.最后对该模型所能够演变出的具体CPW的种类进行了归纳与分类.

Abstract

A CAD-oriented model for asymmetrically shielded multilayered CPW is first presented and analyzed.The analytic expressions for its relative effective permittivity

capacitance per unit length and characteristic impedance are given.A practical case deduced from the model is calculated numerically and measured experimentally.Finally the kinds of CPW

which can be deduced from the model

are concluded and classified.
