A Numerical Scheme to Analyze 2D EM Scattering by a Dielectric Cylinder Under Oblique-Incidence
and fast Fourier transform is applied to analyze 2D electromagnetic scattering from a dielectric cylinder with arbitrary inhomogeneity and anisotropy under oblique-incidence.In the scheme
the integro-differential equation for the total electric field is used.In this way
the size of original question is not enlarged
and the linear system can be efficiently solved by a combination of the conjugate gradient method with the fast Fourier transform.Some numerical results are given in this paper
