Abstract
Enlightened by the knowledge of prevalent competition in evolution
a new parallel genetic algorithm is proposed which is based on multi-level compelition(GAMLC) in this paper. Experimental results show the high efficiency of GAMLC in solving premature convergence and accelerating the convergence and promoting the probability to locate the optima.
