this new transform can make the signal energy concentrate in the transform domain.And as the result
the good performance of signal detection and parameters estimation can be obtained.The chirp signal is analyzed in detail as an example.The comparison with other methods shows that the new algorithm is more robust and can obtain the lower sidelobes and better resolution.In addition
the Matched Transform combined with Genetic Algorithm is also studied to detect and estimate the complex signal.The effective parameters estimation and high convergent speed can be achieved.The simulation results prove the validity of the whole algorithm.
