提出了模糊快速选择小区的算法(FFCS).分析和仿真结果表明采用FFCS技术能有效提高业务量相对繁重小区的容量.
In high speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) system

and reduce its capacity.In recent 3GPP proposals
fast cell selection (FCS) is proposed
where the user equipment (UE) selects the base station to communication only by the strength of the pilot signal.To balance the traffic in the different cells
an algorithm named fuzzy FCS (FFCS) considering signal strength
the rate of arriving calls and available power of the base station is put forward.The analysis and simulation results show that the capacity of cell with relative heavier traffic load can be improved efficiently by FFCS.
