摘要

业务管理信息模型的研究可以支持电信业务的统一规划和提供、保证业务供应链中功能模型的一致性以及正确地将管理需求映射到管理功能中.本文采用了ITU-T M.3020的建模方法

提出了一个基于业务生命周期的F接口通用业务管理信息模型

通过自顶向下的需求、分析和设计来定义业务生命周期片段中的管理对象.该模型可以作为元模型进行扩展

指导实际的业务管理系统的开发.

Abstract

The research of information model on service management layer can bring forward such benefits as:unified service planning and provisioning

consistency among the functionality models in the service supply chain and mapping correctness from requirements to management functions.In this paper

we have followed ITU-T M.3020 "requirement

analysis and design" methodology and proposed a lifecycle-based generic management information model of F interface

which adopts a top-down view to define managed objects in the different segments of service lifecycle.The model can be used as a meta-model to direct the development of service management systems in a real environment.
