基于0.25μmCMOS工艺参数
使用Cadence Spectre对分频器进行了仿真.当分频比为5
电源电压为2.5V
工作温度为27℃
分频器的输入频率为650MHz时
输出信号的占空比可达49.94%.
A high frequency odd divider with nearly 50% duty is realized in this paper.Based on 0.25μm CMOS process model
the divider is simulated using Cadence Spectre.The simulation results show that the duty of the divider is 49.94% when the division ratio is 5
the power supply is 2.5V
the working temperature is 27℃ and the input frequency is 650MHz.
