摘要

本文从分析通信业务模式的新变化入手

说明我国通信高技术研究计划在世纪之初面临的环境和要求.然后

着重在新一代信息网、大容量光传送网和后三代移动通信系统这三方面介绍通信863主题在十五期间的战略部署

概述了所取得的阶段进展和有创意的研究成果.

Abstract

A change of telecom service mode is analyzed and the environment and requirements that faced telecom high technology RD (863) Program of China at beginning of new century is presented in this paper.The strategic deployment of Telecom Subject of 863 Program during 10th Five Year Plan is introduced.The progress and innovative reserach achievements on new generation information network

large capacity optic fiber transport network and beyond 3G mobile communications system are mostly summarized.
