but the decoding algorithm is not concretely explained in the technical report.Hence
it is deduced in detail in this paper
and two FHT(Fast Hadamard Transformation) methods are compared
what is more
some excellence and inadequacies of 3GPP protocol design are pointed out.In addition
the TFCI coding meets the test of computer simulation.
