A modified Time-domain Integral Equation (TDIE) method is proposed and used to calculate the transient electromagnetic scattering by arbitrary conducting objects.Some typical targets
including a pie-shaped plate

a sphere and a specific conical model
are analyzed and discussed using the Implicit Marching-On-in-Time scheme.The present approach gives correct transient responses from conducting objects
