本文叙述了GHz频带声表面波谐振器的设计、制造和试验结果.对两种不同模式的声表面波谐振器进行了研究
它们是瑞利波型谐振器和表面横波型谐振器.对两种波型谐振器的频率温度特性进行了比较.最后对表面横波(STW)谐振器在振荡器中的应用进行了研究.
The design
fabrication and test results of surface acoustic wave resonators in the GHz range are described.The two different modes of SAW resonators were investigated.They are the Rayleigh mode type resonators and surface transverse wave (STW)mode type resonators.Their frequency behavior with temperature were compared.At the end the applications of the STW resonators in oscillators were studied.
