The paper presents an improved
ω-k
algorithm for wide swath spaceborne SAR imagery.When classic
ω-k
algorithm is used to process space-borne SAR data
the farther distance from reference range
the larger image deformation and worse azimuth focusing quality will limit the width of swath greatly.Based on the
ω-k
algorithm the equivalent view angle and equivalent velocity compensation are presented to rectify image deformation and improve the azimuth focusing quality.The experiment demonstrates that the algorithm can process wide swath space-borne SAR data precisely and efficiently.
