Matsufuji and Torii et al.propose new methods for constructing ZCZ sequence sets.In this paper
we propose a new method which is an improvement of their methods.The proposed method can be used to construct ZCZ sequence sets with wider range of available periods and width.Furthermore
some new ZCZ sequence sets are obtained by our method.
