摘要

从York的非线性动态理论出发

设计了空间耦合有源天线二元阵

实现了空间功率合成.通过改变单元的自由振荡频率

实现了无相移器的波束扫描

扫描范围达到-10°~10°

实验测试结果与理论预测值吻合良好.

Abstract

Active Integrated antenna arrays are designed by use of York's nonlinear dynamic theory and spatial power combining is realized.Through changing the oscillating frequencies of active elements

the beam scanning from -10°~10° is realized without phase shifters.The measurement data and theory values have a good agreement.
