设计了8mm波段回旋速调管

并进行了热测实验

在中心频率34GHz下

得到了最大脉冲功率172kW

最大平均功率大于2kW

增益31.9dB

电子效率23.4%

3dB带宽280MHz.

Abstract

Basing on the simulation of magnetron injection gun

cavities and interaction between electron beam and wave

the design and experiment of 8mm four cavity gyroklytron are reported.Initial experiments show an efficiency of 23.4%

a 3dB bandwidth of 280MHz

and a saturated gain of 31.9dB which corresponds to peak power of 172kW and average power of 2kW.
