本文详细介绍了一种通过对时间的测量来获得单个约瑟夫森结(JJ)跳变电流统计分布

Abstract

A system

which measures the statistical distribution of the switching current of a single Josephson junction (JJ) based on time-resolved measurement

is introduced.This system includes both the refrigeration system and the measurement method.Moreover

we tried several techniques to reduce the noise

such as electromagnetic shielding

low-pass filter and ground connection

and the lowest equivalent temperature of JJ in the experiment was reduced to 300mK.
