A multi-agent system model is proposed for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) to address the lack of a generalized theoretic model
which includes the formalized language
model
semantics and important axioms and model constraints. The proposed model abstracts WSN as a cognitive system composed of agents with specific cognitive ingredients
such as belief
desire
intention and ability
which together constitute the multi-agent system cognitive model. This paper provides formalized theoretic foundation and analysis tools for understanding
analyzing and forecasting of WSN behaviors independent of internal structures and practical implementations.
