such as the Cartwheel
Pendulum
SAR-Train and so on
are evaluated by the presented criterion.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the formation
with the satellite orbital parameters as the design variables.Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the evaluation function and the optimization algorithm.At last
the formation restriction was established according to the orbital perturbation theory and the cross-track baseline limition for GMTI performance.The optimal formation satisfying the close flying control theory and the GMTI requirement is presented.
