摘要

本文提出了热敏电阻功率传感器在功率测量时的传热模型

得出了传感器有效效率和热导、热容的关系表达式.定义了换热差异给微波功率测量带来的热等效误差.详细分析了热等效误差的来源

提出了该误差的表达式

最后给出了消除该项误差的办法.

Abstract

A heat transfer model is given for thermistor mount in power measurement procedure.A relational expression of effective efficiency with thermal capacitance and thermal conductance is derived from the model.A microwave power measurement error

which is from heat exchange difference

is defined as thermal equivalence error.The thermal equivalent error is analyzed in detail and its analytic expression is derived.Methods are suggested to eliminate this error at last.
