A Scenario-Based Collaborative Requirements Elicitation Approach for Enterprise Information Systems
Researches on requirement engineering focus more on the requirement analysis and requirement specification
while less on requirement elicitation. In this paper we propose a scenario-based collaborative requirements elicitation approach for Enterprise Information Systems(EIS).In this approach
we use scenario to organize different stakeholders
to facilitate the collaboration among them and thus change the elicitation pattern from traditional requirement experts centered way to stakeholder-equal way. This approach proposes the elicitation steps as: the stakeholders should first construct the as-is scenario
then to-be scenario and use-Case
and elicit the requirement based on the to-be scenario..We also present how to extract scenario-role-data view from natural language description and activity diagram from semi-formal description
and use these two views to validate the completeness and conflict free of the scenario descriptions and the users' requirements.
