摘要

<FONT face=Verdana>综合电子信息系统标准的适用性决定了系统实现的准确性。运用模糊层次分析法，结合综合电子信息系统标准适用性要求和特征，论述了模糊层次分析法的基本步骤，给出了一个标准适用性分析案例，证实了模糊层次分析法在综合电子信息系统标准适用性分析中的有效性。最后结合工作经验，对开展综合评价活动给出了思考与建议。

Abstract

Integrated Electronic Information System standard applicability decides the accuracy of the system implementation. Combining the standard applicability requirements and characteristics together

the fuzzy AHP method and basic steps in analyzing standard applicability is introduced. Then a study case of standards applicability analysis in Integrated Electronic Information System is discussed and the validity of the method is confirmed. At last

thoughts and suggestions about comprehensive evaluation are given combining work experience.
