This paper discusses some problems of intelligent control engineering (ICE).Firstly
two key techniques of ICE
computation techniques and integration techniques
are introduced.Furthermore
based on the viewpoints of cognitive science
a cognitive frame of intelligent control in which human machine combination and hybrid techniques integration can be carried out
is proposed in the form of intelligent information processing.Some methods are also given to realize composed parts of the frame.A designed example is provided subsequently.
