This paper proposes a very effective peak to average power ratio reduction scheme for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) systems by optimum summing of circular shifting of partial transmit sequences.Compared with the old method based on optimum combination of partial transmit sequences
the new method achieves the better performance in different degree for different OFDM systems under the same conditions.So the new method can be used to replace the old one in practice at all.
