摘要

本文研究了ＭｇＯＴｉＯ２ＺｎＯ系统陶瓷，用其制成多层陶瓷电容器（ＭＬＣＣ），其优点是具有正温度系数（αｃ＝９０±２０ｐｐｍ／℃）、高Ｑ（Ｑ１００００）、高频谐振频率达６９０ＭＨｚ（Ｃ＝３１ｐＦ），重点讨论了容量阻抗频谱．

Abstract

MgO TiO 2 ZnO（MTZ） system ceramic have been studied in the paper.The advantages of MLCC prepared from this system ceramic material are positive temperature coefficient of capacitance （ α c =90±20ppm/℃）

high Q（Q 10000）

high working frequency

the resonant frequency （ C =31pF） is up to 690MHz.Changes of capacitance and impedance with frequency were discussed principally.
