摘要

本文阐述了利用模拟电路行为级描述语言AHDL建立的线性稳压源通用行为级模型pvreg.该模型涵盖了国内外主要的线性集成稳压源

并且具有动态的热模型功能.通过pvreg可以方便地生成各种线性串联稳压源的模型.文章的最后给出了利用通用模型扩展成具体电路模型的一个实例

Abstract

This paper describes a generic behavioral model pvreg which is implemented with AHDL.The model covers most linear regulator ICs in the world and has such function as dynamic thermal modeling.Behavioral models of various kinds of linear serial voltage regulator can be generated easily with pvreg.An example is given at the end of the paper to demonstrate its versatility in modeling ICs.
