摘要

电话网的可靠性是电话网运行质量中最重要的指标之一．本文提出了用于不同本地网可靠性横向评价的熵权双基点评价方法，利用熵权法客观地确定各指标的权重，计算出评价对象到理想序列和反理想序列之间的距离比，从而对本地网可靠性水平进行排序．最后给出了该方法应用的例子

Abstract

The reliability of telecommunication networks is one of the most important quality indicators.In this paper

based on the analysis of indicator system of telecommunication network reliability

a method is provided to evaluate the reliability among some local telecommunication networks.Finally

an example is given.
