Abstract
The Differential Quadrature Method(DQM) is proposed in this paper for analysis of the transient response of the interconnects for high speed IC systems.DQM is a direct numerical technique
based on representing a derivative operator by the function values at discrete points
so the partial differential equations are reduced to the ordinary differential equations.DQM can be effciently used for transient analysis of the interconnects of high speed IC
and the computing efficiency of which is better than other numerical methods.
