Abstract
High performance parallel computer are increasingly in demand in the areas of the large scale scientific computations
such as in oil reservoir.In this paper
a large scale parallel numerical simulation of reservoir problem that has more than 728
000 grid points is solved by applying parallel theory and technology based on distributed memory parallel systems with several shared main memory multiprocessors joined by network.This parallelism software improves computation capacity and speeds considerably in the aspect of numerical simulation of reservoir.
