摘要

本文提出了大规模集成电路（VISI）中互连线的特征模型利用时域有限差分法（FDTD）模拟的响应电压和电流波形以及离散逆卷积技术，该特征模型直接在时域被数值综合．利用该模型，任何激励和负载条件下互连线的瞬态响应波形可以通过离散卷税运算迅速获得

Abstract

The characteristic model of interconnects in VLSI is proposed. The model is numerically synthsized in time-domain by nunerical deconvolution technique from response voltage and current waveforms simulated by finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） methed. With this model

the transient response waveforms of the interconnects with any excitatipn and loads can be rapidly obtained by numerical convolution.
