摘要

本文用差分方程给出电路板上元件温度场求解的数学模型，采用全隐式迭代法求解，克服了时间步长的限制：结合模拟退火算法对元件布局进行优化设计，并用例子证明，全局优化大大降低了系统的最大温度值，从而为电子设备的可靠性提供了有效的保障．

Abstract

The model for temperature of electronic components in electronic board is given.Complete implicit iterated method is used to solve the finite difference equation

which could avoid being limicit by time step;in conjunction with Simulated annealing algorithm to design optimally placement of electronic components in such a way as to decrease the maximal temperature of the system and to increase reliability of military equipment.Also one example is given to prove it.
