The paper emphatically studies the way for solving the problem of batch numberconfusion in multiple targets tracking by using message fusion technique. The discussion is on thebasis of measurement data of practical bistatic systems. At first the paper introduces association algorithms used in multiple targets tracking of bistatic systems under weak countermeasure condition and points out that batch number confusion easily happens if the dynamic parameters are theonly ones used for association process. And then it gives several association methods which fusemessage of target state
