本文提出ＣＵＳＩ神经元模型的一般形式，它充分利用局部范围内的经验样本信息，克服了现有神经网络的局限，进一步给出了它的学习算法和应用例子．

Abstract

This paper presents the general form of CUSI neurn model

which makes full use of experiEnce samples information within the local range aand breaks some limitation of current neural networks
