摘要

本文以传统短波线路压缩扩张器的思想为基础，提出了一种以现代数字语音信号处理技术为核心的语音分段压扩方法．因为该方法的主要处理过程都集中于数字信号处理部分，并采用了调频编码的方法，所以与传统的压扩器思想相比较具有更强的可实现性，同时也获得了满意的效果．

Abstract

A new lincompex method is proposed

it is not only according to the traditional lincompex in HF communication system but also the techniques of the digital processing of speech signals. Because the digital signal processing is its prime part and the modulation of frequency coding is used

it is more feasible than the traditional lincompex and the result is satisfactory at the same time.
