摘要

本文概述了近场测量的发展过程和现状，给出近二十年来的最新研究成果，分析了近场测量的局限性，指出未来研究的主要研究方向．

Abstract

The processes in development and states to the present of near field measurementare outlined and the newest research results of near two deCades are given in this paper. The limitation of near field measurement is analysed and the main subjects to be probed in the future arepointed out.
