摘要

本文采用频域变换法分析了Ｔｉ：ＬｉＮｂＯ３晶体集成光波导行波调制器的时域特性。详细讨论了调制器的冲激响应、矩形脉冲响应以及电极损耗与终端反射系数对调制特性的影响。

Abstract

The time domain performance of Ti:Li NbO3 traveling wave modulator is analyzed in this paper. The characteristics in time domain are obtatined by Fourier transformation from the corresponding results in frequency domain. Impulse responst

rectangular impulse response and the effect of electrode attenuation and reflection coefficient on modulation are discussed in detail.
