摘要

本文提出了一种码率不高于２２Ｍｂ／ｓ的基于ＭＰＥＧ－２标准的数字高清晰度电视（ＨＤＴＶ）视频编解码实验系统，重点研究了帧／场自适应ＤＣＴ变换及相应的帧／场扫描方式、量化器设计、码率控制及缓存器控制策略、数据流层结构等关键技术，编制了完全符合ＭＰＥＧ－２标准的码流。对解码恢复图像进行的主、客观评价，给出了满意的结果。

Abstract

An experimental system of the digital HDTV source compression codec at bitrates less than 22Mb/s is presented. It is based on the MPEG-2 standard. The emphasis is put on the adaptive frame/field Discrete Cosine Transformation（DCT）

frame/field scanning

the design of quantizer

the controlling strategy of bit-rate and buffer and the layer structure of bit-stream. A bit-stream completely consistent with MPEG-2 standard is produced. The subjective and objective assesments of restored pictures provide satisfactory results.
