本文解决了文献［５］提出的一个未决问题：ψ（ｆ，ｆ２，ｆ，ｆ，ｆ）是用伪随机置换．证明了该置换能抵抗Ｏ（２６０）阶选择明文一密文攻击．并利用已证明的结果构造安全的消息认证码．

This paper solves an open problem in [5] that ψ（f

f） is a super-pseudorandom permutation

proves that the permutation can resist O（260） -order chosen plaintexts -ciphertexts attack

and constructs the secure message authentication code by the known result.
