本文在对双极器件各参数的低温特性的详细分析基础上,对低温ECL电路的直流和瞬态特性进行了理论和实验的研究,并据此对电路进行了进一步的优化设计.
Based on the detailed analysis of low temperature bipolar device and its parameters
D.C. and transient characteristics of low temperature ECL circuit are studied theoretically and experimentally. Then the optimization for such circuit is suggested.
