Investigation on Amorphous Characteristics of Alkali Metal Antimonide Photocathodes and Bulk Effect of Cesium in Na2KSb(Cs)
An energy band model amorphous semiconductor is presented for alkali metal antimonide photocathode
which is different from previous crystalline model. Current Transport Characteristics of alkali metal antimonide and bulk effect of Cesium in Na2KSb(Cs) photocathode are interpreted successfully for the first time on the basis of Mott-Davis amorphous theory. It’s of significance for alkali antimonide photocathodes’ recognition and development. The self-consistent results about the strength of amorphous characteristics are obtained.
