超声医学成象技术已获得普遍应用,但与X-CT等现代医学影象技术相比,超声成象目前的主要问题是分辨率较低。为解决这一问题,在过去的十几年中,世界范围内开展了超声组织定征的工作,旨在通过定量地提取对组织病变具有特异性的组织声学参量并对此参量进行重构,以获得更清晰地表达组织病况的医学超声图象或信息。本文讨论了超声组织定征的基本方法以及近年来取得一些突破性进展的背向散射积分和弹性回波图定征方法及其有待解决的问题。
Medical ultrasonic imaging technique has been widely used clinically. Unfortunately
the resolution of ultrasonic imaging is much lower than that of X-CT. In order to improve the resolution of ultrasonic imaging
efforts have have made in the field of tissue characterization in past decades. The objective of ultrasonic tissue characterization is to extract characteristic acoustic parameters from the ultrasonic echoes quantitatively
to reconstruct the medical imaging with these parameters
and then to improve the resolution of ultrasonic imaging and the effectiveness of diagnosis. In this article
the basic methods used in the area of ultrasonic tissue characterization is discussed and the progresses on integrated backscatter and elastogram are introduced. Some potential problems for further research are also discussed.
