摘要

过渡区是实际图象中介于目标和背景之间的特殊区域。本文介绍过渡区的特点和确定过渡区的方法。本文还提出了一种自动基于过渡区的新分割算法，并把该算法与常见的阈值选取算法进行了比较，分析和实验结果表明新算法运算简单并有较强的抗干扰能力。

Abstract

Transition region is a special region located between the object and background in real images.This paper describes the properties of transition region and the method for determining the transition region.This paper also proposes a new automatic segmentation algorithm based on transition region and compares it with some common employed threshold selection algorithms.The analysis and experimental results show that this new algorithm is computational effciency and robust against disturbance.
