本文深入地讨论了ＡＴＭ（Ａｓｙｎｃｈｒｏｎｏｕｓｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒｍｏｄｅ，异步转移模式）交换机中ＶＰ连接的故障管理与性能管理问题，并在此基础上对已有的Ｖｐ－ＯＡＭ实现方案做了合理的改进．

This paper discusses the fault and performance management of VP connections in ATM exchanger

and then presents a more reasonable solution to the implementation of VP-OAM functions.
