本文报道ＬｉＮｂＯ

质子交换波导的退火特性。用ＩＷＫＢ法计算了热退火前后的折射率分布，并采用广义高斯函数对计算出的折射率分布曲线进行了拟合，反映出该函数能准确而灵活地描述退火质子交换光波导的折射率分布及其变化，在实验中发现，高温下较长时间退火，导模消失。

Abstract

The characteristic of annealed proton-exchanged optical waveguides in LiNbO3 was reported. The refactive-index profile before and after annealing was calculated with IWKB method.We found that a generalized Gaussian function is suitable to the IWKB refractive-index profile.It was found in experiments that the modes disappear when annealed under higher temperature for longer time.
