摘要

本文提出了一种对时空二维信号进行非自适应准最佳处理的新方法，即旋转陷谱法．通过对分布在时空二维频谱平面上的杂波谱进行坐标轴旋转而使之成为一垂直线带，随即加以一次世滤除．与以往各方法相比，其目标检测性能更佳，易于实时实现．

Abstract

This paper proposes a new non-adaptive quasioptimal approach to temporal-spa-tial 2-D signal processing:filtrating clutter spectrum by rotating.The clutter spectrum over theplan of temporal-spatial 2-D spectrum can be rotated to be a verticall line band and then can be filtrated.Conipared with other approaches published

its performance of the signal detection is more optimal and the real-time processing is easy to be realized.
