摘要

本文提出了一种新型结构的声表面波──二极管卷积器，利用二极管在反向偏置时结电容的非线性，通过声表面波延迟线抽头与二极管直接耦合而获得信号的卷积输出。这种新结构可以更有效地抑制抽头间的相互影响以及输入信号自身的谐波输出，并可以提高器件的工作带宽。该卷积器可在中频对信号进行实时处理，具有结构简单、效率高的特点，文中讨论了这种器件的工作原理，并给出了一个２８抽头卷积器的实验结果。

Abstract

An improved surface acoustic wave （SAW）/diode convolver is presented.It makes use of a SAW tapped delay line and the nonlinearity of an attached array of backward biased diodes.The harmonics of input signals and the influence between the taps can be suppressed well in the new structure.It possesses the advantages of real-time processing

simple structure and high efficiency.The analysis of the convolver and the experimental results of a device with 28 taps are also given.
