摘要

本文讨论了马尔可夫随机场与玻尔兹曼机的联系，提出了用二值玻尔兹曼机实现离散多值玻尔兹曼机的一种模型，即矢量玻尔兹曼机模型。用它来表示图像时，可大大减少网络的神经元数目．文中给出了应用多值玻尔兹曼机模型实现有噪图像恢复与分割以及随机纹理生成的计算机模拟实例。

Abstract

In this paper

a link between Markov random fields and Boltzmann machines is discussed and a multivalued Boltzmann machine called vector machine model is presented.In the model

the evolution of the multivalued Boltzmann machine is implemented by using a binary Boltzmann machine. One of the advantages is the fact that the number of units of a neural network can be reduced significantly as the model represents grey images.Some examples are also presented on the application of noisy images and generation of textured images.
