摘要

本文以铒光纤放大器的速率方程理论分析计算了铒光纤参量与放大器增益特性的关系，首次得到了铒光纤截止波长的解析表达式。

Abstract

Based on the rate equation theory of Erbium-doped fiber amplifier

the relationships between parameters of Erbium-doped fibers and gain characteristics of EDFA are analysed and calculated.The analytic expressions for cutoff wavelengths of the Er fiber are obtained for the first time.
