摘要

本文提出了一种新型高效率微带型光导开关超短电脉冲产生器的电路结构，从理论上分析了光导开关对输出电脉冲瞬时特性的影响，并给出了实验结果。

Abstract

A new high-efficiency microstrip photoconductor switch ultrashort electric pulse generator is presented in this paper. The effect of photoconductor switch on instantaneous property of output electric pulse is discussed in theory. The experimental results are given.
